Designers Academy ("we", "our", "us") is an online and in-person design education platform operated by Designers Academy Pvt. Ltd., registered in India. We offer batch-based UI/UX and product design courses, a tools directory, community forums, and related educational services through our platform at designers.ac.

  • Payment processors: Payment information is handled by our payment gateway and is not stored on our servers beyond what is required for billing records.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by Indian law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and course data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for GST compliance).

Our platform is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
